I see the introduction of the Kiosk,follow the steps to do.but the action can still be done by root.Can anyone help me what problem there is?

Why would you log in as root and expect all of the kiosk permissions to apply to the root user? In such a system I would expect the root user to be used specifically by the system admin to be able to change the kiosk settings and use a separate user for normal kiosk operation.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the use of the kiosk functionality aside from just that it exists for such purposes.
