Hello!

I was wondering if anyone ever had this weird graphical glitch, constantly I'm having this weird "line" on the top pixels of my screen where the pixels seems to go crazy, with all sort of colors. Its pretty weird and I wasn't able to show this on a printscreen because it doesnt show what I'm seeing. It's in the very top row of pixels and very thin, but it's really annoying having to look at it glitching every ten seconds.

I'm using Kubuntu 19.04 and my laptop is a Celeron n4000 with 4gb of ram, I'm kind of a newbie in linux but I'm trying to get the hang of it. Otherwise, Kubuntu here is running awesomely and i'm really in love with KDE. My machine is way faster than it was with windows 10. I've tried other distros (such as mint, ubuntu, lubuntu) and none had this graphical issue, but I would really like to stay in kubuntu since it's all running so well (but this).
