How to profile graphical application start times?

All graphical applications are slow to open on a near fresh installation of KDE 5.16 on Arch Linux. All graphical applications take 5 to 8 seconds to open (konsole, konqueror, dolphin, system settings, system monitor, and so on), including GTK apps.

I know it _must_ be something I installed or a setting I enabled for my user. I created a test user and all applications open in less than a second for the test user. I installed arch and KDE two days ago and I want to know if there is a way to profile start-up time for KDE applications to try and figure out what is causing the lag for my user but not for a brand new user.

Any ideas are appreciated. All of the help I have found online are application-specific but all graphical applications are slow as I mentioned, including non-kde apps. Thank you.
