Hi,

I have a new XPS13 7390 laptop using i915 Intel driver (CPU: i7-10710U - Intel UHD graphics):

I had to set DRI to 2 to even make the desktop usable. Lots of artifacts etc. with default settings. However, even with this I am getting screen flickering when notifications pop up. In addition, an electron app (Signal) does not look good (vertical artifacts). Also, SDDM login screen and the screen saver screen flickers. Other than this it seems to be fine.
I tried turning off Panel Self Refresh (kernel parameter i915.enable_psr=0) but this made no difference.

Anything else I should try to solve the flickering (and electron app) issues?

No one has similar issue or have a solution?
