So I have been trying to use Inkscape to convert png files to svg. Only thing is that when I move them to the them folder (Yes the names match up for the particular part or the theme), I just get an invisible layer for the panel for example when I go to apply the theme.

But it doesn't seem to be working.

Is there anyone else who builds themes for Plasma here?

Hm, you do realise that Inkscape is not a KDE application, do you?
Moving this to the Workspace forum where it is more likely to get attention...
