I have linux installed on my laptop, but it does not boot, only if it is connected to electric power through the charger

i have tried this

https://i1.wp.com/itsfoss.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/edit-grub-to-fix-ubuntu-boot-freeze.png?w=800&ssl=1

by doing this the laptop manages to boot but without the graphics drivers

my graphics is an amd stoney r5 gpu, the installed driver is "amdgpu" (there are no proprietary linux drivers for this processor)

anyone know a solution to this problem?

Thank you

Several questions:
*Why did you post this in English in the Spanish speaking subforum?
*Which Distribution and exact Plasma version is this about??

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
