There are four panels at every edge of the desktop which i didnt put them there and i cant click any of them. İ cant right click on an open area to access menu either. İ just setup arch linux yesterday with kde so i have the latest releases of both. İ can access terminal with keyboard shortcut and applications works just fine. İ tried yo restart plasmashell with killall amd tried to reinstall three times. İt still remembers the same broken setup my wallpaper included then i tried to delete all the config files related to kde none of them works. Thank you for your time to read. İ also tried to restore default settings with mv /.kde4 still same.

This might be true, depending on the distribution, but it can vary widely because of that.

To be really helpful when asking a question, it is always a good idea to state the exact Plasma version and the distribution you are using.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

So I guess you use Plasma 5.19? Please specify, the Frameworks version is not that important, the Plasma version is
