Hi guys, I am facing an issue with Telegram Desktop notifications being displayed on top of the panel. Whenever i reinstall Telegram Desktop, they appear to be working correctly but as soon as I reboot my computer, the problem re-appears.

OS: Arch Linux
KDE Version: 5.19.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.72.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0

Here is a screenshot explaining what I mean; this happens only with Telegram Desktop so far, I haven't noticed any other apps with the same issue.
