I want to disable an automatic popup asking me to select my dual monitor display settings.
I'm using KDE Neon. I tried Manjaro KDE and it shows up but it won't show up on Windows 10: I used the same laptop just changed the hard-disks. In summary, I just need to deactive the popup but I can't seem to find a setting to do this. Also, based on my research here it seems that eight years ago this was possible but not anymore.
That's all I need, how to disable this popup. I tried looking into the Notifications settings but I haven't found the proper one if it exists. I don't it's my hardware since Windows 10 doesn't do that. I love KDE and won't stop until I figure this one out.
Are you sure it is a spontaneous pop-up? Or does it happen on a key stroke?
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11 FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Hello! Thankfully, I figured it out so the probem is SOLVED. I tested it on my KDE Neon and my Kubuntu and it worked in both instances. I Assume that the constant popping must have something to do with my hardware but at least KDE gave me me the opportunity to disable the Kscreen and this does the job.
Now I can record my screen using OBS and not be interrupted by it. I'll continue investigating what originates this constant popup anyways.
