Desktop icons do not follow alignment on startup

Weird one here. I have my icons set to be aligned to right, which worked. When I reboot and log in, they are on the left, until I click the desktop and it "updates" and puts them back where they should be. I'm using plasma with manjaro, 5.21.4
Am I missing something? |
