I'm relatively new to Linux and KDE, coming back to them now after a brief, dip in the pool several years ago. Under GNOME, the Software app has a tile for Add-ins, and then a tab for hardware drivers. It is, for example, where one can enable an NVIDIA driver. I cannot find anything similar under KDE, either in the Discover app or elsewhere. How can one enable or configure hardware drivers, particularly graphics, under Fedora 34 with KDE?

A driver manager would be very distro-specific, if one is available for it.
It is possible that there may be one for Gnome on your distro, but I do not know if they do, and that could be installed and used in Plasma just fine. As to how to install Nvidia drivers, you would have to consult Fedora's documentation.

@claydoh Thanks. So is it correct, then, that in Fedora/Plasma, there is nothing like the Device Manager in Windows?

I have no idea, it has been ages since I installed Fedora. Again, as this is going to be distro specific, and not really related to the desktop used, you might want to look at info or documentation for your specific distro.
