I made the mistake of trying to add widgets, and they got stuck, I manage to get rid of them by adding a panel by accident. I now have an unwanted blank panel. In addition when I right click on the desk to to make changes it tell me that I cannot because changes have been restricted by the system administrator. I have not restricted anything!!! All I did was try and customized the desktop. At this point I am so frustrated that I am thinking of giving up. My desktop looks like a picture frame with these unwanted panels, and I am at a loss. This is suppose to be the latest version of KDE plasma, and it is up to date.

Exact message. - Layout changes have been restricted by the system administrator.

Well I found the right command and fixed it. It turns out that I left off the " . Thank heavens I have been fighting this new install all day. All is well that ends well.
