Since 5.21, the dynamic service entries copyto and moveto in dolphin ( kwuick), don't show on the desktop. It doesn't show when rightclicking on files, desktop folders nor folder widget. It does show in Dolphin itself, just not on the desktop. For now, I unticked those from the servicemenus and made me a zenity service menu which essentially does the same. At first it was a Debian issue because Debian tends to mess up the locale setting for Desktop ( Bureaublad in my language), but the issue is on Kubuntu as well.
In case someone is facing the same issue, you could use this desktop file. Zenity needs to be installed in order for it to work. [Desktop Entry] Type=Service Icon=document-send X-KDE-ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin MimeType=all/allfiles; Actions=moveTo; X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel #X-KDE-Submenu= Encoding=UTF-8 [Desktop Action moveTo] Name=MoveIt Icon=document-send Exec=kdemv5 %F $(zenity --file-selection --directory)
This realm's name is Maya. And she speaks Hertz. But Ahamkara makes a fuzz about it.

My bad. If you need the same copy functionality, try this one.
[Desktop Entry] Type=Service Icon=edit-copy X-KDE-ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin MimeType=all/allfiles; Actions=moveTo; X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel #X-KDE-Submenu= Encoding=UTF-8 [Desktop Action moveTo] Name=CopyIt Icon=edit-copy Exec=cp -r %F $(zenity --file-selection --directory)
This realm's name is Maya. And she speaks Hertz. But Ahamkara makes a fuzz about it.

Btw, I registered just a few days ago and I'm not really sure if I posted this in the right section. Anyway, that "bug" is still there ( 5.21, 5.22, 5.23). I'm fine with the two service menus I made, but still.
