Hi everyone! I know it might sound stupid but I need to update my plasma addons (as if I go in discover > updates > update everything) from the command line, and searching on the web didn't help me..
do you know any method?
I'm running kubuntu 21.04
thanks in advance!

Ale

This depends on your distribution which you didn't tell.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

For all Debian derivatives (including Kubuntu), this is the easiest method:
Code: Select all
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

thanks, but this updates the packages, not plasma's addons (look and feel, themes, and so on) that's what I need to update
