Is there a solution that enables Krunner to execute custom scripts?

And is there a solution that would allow passing parameters to the script?

Example: Search several sites at once. Parameter: Krunner->ms: (trigger for metasearch script) covid scam (search term param)

Output:
Open duckducgo.com/q?=covid+scam
Open https://odysee.com/$/search?q=covid%20scam

(I'm also trying to solve the problem with a script Krunner has with dom0 Qubes non-direct internet access. Anyone other KDE Qubes users who've solved it let me know how you did.)
