[Solved] Keyboard began to work wrong

After xserver crash I have to press and hold key for a second to get a symbol in the input field.
On kdm screen keyboard works correctly, when switching to virtual console - it works as before too. I've created new test user - keyboard works as usual for him. Any solution?

The problem was in the keyboard filter "Slow keys" that was somehow activated.
