Kubuntu 21.10, Plasma 5.23.5, Frameworks: 5.90.0, Kernel 5.13.0, X11 Graphics

I am able to add and remove printers through the System Settings without issue, however, once a printer is added, clicking the "Configure" button does nothing.
I can, however, run systemsettings5 as a superuser, and the configuration will work fine. Changes I make that way are properly saved, and show up when I run the settings as my user (Administrator account type). I am also able to modify printers directly via CUPS on localhost:631 using my user credentials.

Any ideas why this could be happening?
