Uninstall KDE from Centos7

Thu Feb 10, 2022 7:31 pm
Hi all. I am a complete Newb in the Linux management world. I set up a VPS server running Centos7. I thought that I could utilize KDE (mistakenly) as a management GUI / Panel for the server. I installed it, but now I cannot figure out how to install it from Centos7. I browsed around online and it kind of has me concerned as the few articles I found noted that an uninstall will remove alot of things. We have one piece of software installed on the server aside from KDE and I don't want it to impact it. I also don't want to leave KDE on the server as it will take up idle memory.

Any help you can provide as to the best way to accomplish this would be appreciated.

Thank you!
