In a dual monitor configuration, when my displays turn on after Screen Energy Saving or upon (automatically) restoring a Session after login, my application windows are all stacked on one monitor (and not on my primary monitor), such that I must manually lay them out (reposition them). I do not think this bug was occurring a couple of months ago (i.e. new behavior). Please advise.

I only use a single virtual desktop. KDE neon 5.24, Plasma 5.24.1, Frameworks 5.19.0, Qt 5.15.3, Kernel 5.13.0-30 (64-bit), Graphics X11, Mesa Intel HD 620
