Just did a dnf update. When I rebooted I have a new icon with an image of a USB dongle "Most recent device". I can't remove it, I can't move it. If I click on it I get Storage Volume list of my hard disk. What to do? Thanks |

Can you post an image of this somewhere? it doesn't quite sound like anything from KDE or Plasma.
Is this icon on your panel, or the desktop? Can you right-click on it to view any options?

Mouse over says "Most Recent Device" Right click: 3 radio: Removable, NonRemovable, All devices chkbox: Show popup when a new device is plugged in etc |

It still doesn't 'feel' like a Plasma item, based on the right-click options, but maybe it is a desktop widget ?
Try left-click-and-hold and see if a control 'handle' pops out, where you will have various options, including one to remove it.

Buy that dog a beer
Left click(hold) added stretch buttons - so if nothing else stretch to the side and shrink ... and wal-la a side menu with a "remove icon" -buh-buh. |
