Good Day,
Trust you all are well, I know this is an old topic and I tried searching the solution and applied several which was posted for Ubuntu solutions, but I am just not getting jellyfin to see my external HD (NTFS) in the media creation folder for jellyfin.
Just to note I am using Ubuntu flavour KDE NEON as my OS and I used its software center to install jellyfin which is called itrue-jellyfin.
Also to note I am a Linux newbee and my skills and knoledge is below par. I am basicly moving over from Windows to KDE Neon pernamently. I can provide Teamviewer access, if needed be.
I am from South Africa (Pretoria).
If any one can help me with it , it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like an issue with the Jellyfin server settings. You should post your question in their forum on Reddit:
