LibreOffice starts always minimized when using dual monitor

I'm running Plasma 5.26 on Neon, and I've a dual monitor setup that is working just fine. However, whenever I start LibreOffice 7.4, either by choosing a document or starting a new document from scratch, the application loads minimized and I've to select "resize" from the right-click menu from the icon in the taskbar.
I don't have any window rule, and even creating one using the same properties as selected by "Detect window property" I cannot start LibreOffice maximized.
Any idea on what can be the problem?

Thanks.

I've tried to create a window rule for the libreoffice class, so that it has to be "initially" maximized. This is not working, since the window also opens minimized, and most notably I'm no more able to maximize (the option is grayed out), I suspect because Plasma thinks it has already been maximized.
This simple thing is going me to waste a lot of time.
