Classic new Linux/KDE user here. I have a problem with my shortcuts. Here is my info. Also to note, this is a duel boot system with Windows 10.
Betriebssystem: Kubuntu 22.04 KDE-Plasma-Version: 5.24.6 KDE-Frameworks-Version: 5.92.0 Qt-Version: 5.15.3 Kernel-Version: 5.15.0-53-generic (64-bit) Grafik-Plattform: X11 Prozessoren: 8 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz Speicher: 15,4 GiB Arbeitsspeicher Grafikprozessor: Mesa Intel® Xe Graphics From default I was always able to see my tab overview with meta+w. I believe yesterday I did an update but didn't notice that afterwards my meta+w shortcut wasn't working... I have looked in System Settings --> Shortcuts --> KWin --> Overview toggle/change and here Meta+W is set(I've also set it to some other combo but still doesnt work...). But it is not working... I have noticed a few other weird things going on, such as out of nowhere my shortcut to open the terminal not working and having to go in and set/reset it as a global shortcut. Has anyone had a similar problem? What makes this also difficult, is that I am not 100% sure if this started after an update or not. I believe It is, but can also be not related to an update. Thanks in advance for any info given! |

Looks like I was dumb and somehow changed my settings and didn't notice...
My solution was to go to System Settings --> Workspace Behavior --> Desktop Effects--> Scroll down to Windows Management and select Overview. At sometime I must have unchecked this box... Thanks for reading I spose |
