A Couple of days back I installed KDE plasma full on my ubuntu 20.04 machine. But when I was setting up my desktop and installing stuff around. I was unable to find a margin separator widget in the widget panel and was also unable to find it in the discover store too. I know it is given in the pre-installed but not in my case. Can you help me out with how to get a margin separator on my pc?

20.04? I guess you could use latte spacer. That is, if I understand your question correctly. https://store.kde.org/p/1287102/

No, I am telling about the margins separator only as it helps to reduce the size of system tray icons, clock fonts, and all that. So, I was looking for that but was unable to find it.

O, that thing. Never understood that one. Quite buggy too. Anywho, they've changed some layouts and customization options again and the size of the systray icons is now only available through the systray settings. At least, as far as I'm aware of. Dunno what plasma version you're using, but if the clock has no font settings, you might wanna use a different one if you want to change that. https://imgur.com/a/VU0NiCg
