I recently installed a fresh copy of arch with kde using https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/archinstall . So my setup should be as close to default as possible. This did not happen on my previous settup, and I'm not sure why.

When chromium is fully maximized and in focus, I click on the top pixel (ie. I move my mouse to the top and click) in order to switch tabs or move the entire window. However, whatever program is below chromium is selected. I only noticed this with chromium. After the other window is selected, if I click the top pixel, it does not cycle back to chromium.

Any idea why that is?
