[SOLVED] problems compiling kdebase-workspace 4.1.82

hi folks, sorry troubling you with compilation errors, but...

trying to build 4.1.82 on slackware
Code: Select all
[ 75%] make[2]: *** No rule to make target `khotkeys/app/org.kde.khotkeys.xml', needed by `khotkeys/kcm_hotkeys/khotkeys_interface.cpp'.  Stop.
make[1]: *** [khotkeys/kcm_hotkeys/CMakeFiles/kcm_hotkeys.dir/all] Error 2
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
Generating org.kde.khotkeys.xml
Generating kded.moc

That error it appears to have seems redundant ( look just after the error, it proceeds to generate the file it wanted ) Have you tried building it again now that the file it wants has been automatically generated?

sorry for answering this late, that solved it :-)

maybe it was because I used Volkerding build scripts that use parallels build jobs (make -j7, I also lowered it to 2 :-S )
