How do i compile KDE themes? I tried following these compile KDE steps but i cant even get passed the first step (very depressing) it says in the themes directory, where is that?
I guessed and tried the directory where i extracted the theme to, Theme folder in Documents, but whenever i typed out that first line i always got the error of that path/directory does not exist, or whatever. Can someone please walk me through how to compile them? (Im new to KDE)

Which version of KDE are you using? Either way, you should be able to install the appropriate development packages to compile themes.
