KDE 4.2 + Compiz Fusion + Emerald

In KDE 4.2 +Compiz Fusion + Emerald updated. It was working fine but a rpm package installation from VirtualBox its abort and then happened this. All resident programs runs (auto) normally (sound mixer, kmail, kget, etc) but I don't have a launch bar no taskbar no desktop wallpaper and no context menu in desktop. Logging me like root and GNOME or KDE 3.5 or something different to KDE 4.2 works fine.

I tried DVD repairing but this show me a warning because the packages have different versions (The DVD is 11.0 but the system has been upgraded)

I can run programs using a Firefox previously opened like filemanager.

any help please?

Open YaST, and update all packages like previously. Plasma appears to be broken. Updating them all should fix the problem.
