On KDE 4.2.

I am having problems getting Konqueror to open at the size I want, it seems pretty random in its behavior. If I resize it, then close it will open up in the same size for a while (until I close all sessions), upon starting a new session of Konqueror it will resize it seemingly random size. And after a full restart of KDE it will change to a different size again.
I have tried using the Window Specific/Application Specific settings but it seems they are not saved.

Is there some work around for this?
