Hi,
I don't knwo what I've done but there are no more icons for open applications displayed in the Main Panel (Taskbar). I use a external taskbar to see my minimized applications. It has to do with the configuration. I had this behaviour already with Debian 4/KDE 3.3.5. An upgrade to Deb 5/KDE .5.10 hasn't changed this because my home directory is in a separate partition. |

Are you saying you are seeing the applications names, but not icons, or are you saying you are not seeing the list of applications at all?

Are you sure the taskbar is still in the panel? Try right-clicking on the panel, clicking "add widgets", find "Task Manager", and drop it where you want it on the panel. Does that fix it?

Thanks a lot that was it.
By the way in Deb 5/KDE 3.5.10 the naming is "Add Applet" and "Taskbar" |
