un-hiding panels

I've noticed that screen corners cannot be used as specific places to
un-hide panels, as in kde3. Will that feature be recovered, in the next kde4 release? Thank you

Unless a feature request has been filed at bugs.kde.org or has been listed on the KDE 4.3 Feature Plan ( located at techbase.kde.org ) then it will not be implemented.
If it exists at either place then there is a chance it will get implemented.
