[SOLVED] Ram Memory

Sun Mar 08, 2009 1:44 am
Well when I start my computer and look at ram memory from start is
Free memory: 1.5 GB (+ 198.7 MB Caches) later in about/around 10min.
later Free memory: 1.4 GB (+ 269.0 MB Caches)
so what is going on?.
What will happen in a 1hr or so and all memory is taken.
So what is going on and how can I fix it?.
Do we need Caches memory?.

Please can some one give the right answer.

I appreciated for your answer.

Linux uses unused RAM to speed stuff up, if programs require more memory the cache will be cleared automatically.
