dual monitor setup

I got 2 monitors to setup and with Nvidia7100GS how can I run my 2 monitors with Nvidia.
It is the first time I`m using openSuse11.1KDE4 4.1.3 Thank you. Cheers

Currently KDE 4 does not support using the monitors individually, you can only use TwinView, Xinerama, MergedFB, etc.
On my system there is a "Multiple Monitors" control module in Personal Settings > Display, which may or may not be present on your system, but sounds like it could be of help.
