I installed the http://mepis.org simply mepis 8.0 release on 5 computers and now on this computer which is exactly the same as the others it gives me a: kde dcopserver_ clad class _0 when i try to login after installing it.

What should I do next besides re install everything which is what I will start to do now?

Try switching to a virtual terminal, logging in, and removing the KDE configuration:
Code: Select all
rm -rf ~/.kde*

I will just do a completely new install since it needs to work out of the box. I did do several searches for this error. Can you point me to where this specific issue has already been addressed in the forums? Please do.

That is a general resolution problem, since it was possible your user environment was damaged somehow ( Linux distributions will keep the same /home partition these days, and don't erase it )
