How does one make the mousewheel scroll more than 12 lines at a time (e.g. a page)?

...and if anyone knows how to apply even the current 12 line maximum to iceweasel/firefox it would be greatly appreciated.

For firefox, in the address bar go to about:config , put this in the search box:
mousewheel.withnokey.

Three values should appear, change them to look like this:
mousewheel.withnokey.action 0
mousewheel.withnokey.numlines 12
mousewheel.withnokey.sysnumlines false

Replace 12 with whatever number of lines you want.

Awesome, thanks.

Now if someone could let me know how to adjust the KDE setting, scrolling would be so cute.

Yes, but it won't go above 12 lines, and I want it to do 60.

Please file a wishlist bug requesting that the number of lines you can scroll be increased, if one does not already exist. You may wish to investigate the method that KDE uses to set the number of scroll lines done, however I am suspecting it will be done through Qt, and that this might be a limitation of Qt.

Ah, I never thought of that -- I had assumed I merely had to edit a config file someplace. I'll drop a report, thanks.
