"always on top" w/o blocking windows, KDE 4.2.2?

4.2.2 on 8.10, loving it. :-)

I have a vertically-oriented main panel on the right side of the screen set to auto-hide.

I want a clock visible, so I add a panel with a clock on the bottom of the screen and set to "windows can cover" because with "Always visible" set, maximizing windows won't fully-maximize.

I guess what I want is a conceptual conflation of the two, a.k.a. "always on top".

Everything's great with the clock, but i have to move the mouse over it to see it.

Many thanks,
-C

This feature has already been added to KDE 4.3 by your glorious Zarin.
