Hi

I am relatively new to using konqueror as a file manager. I'm running kde 4.2 on Fedora 10.

I have a widget on one of my panels which allows me to choose which profile I launch konqueror in. However this takes two clicks. I want to be able to launch konqueror in a preferred profile from my panel with just one click.

Is there a way of setting konqueror so it always opens in a preferred profile? Or any way of setting up a panel to open it in a preferred profile with a single click??

Create an icon on the toolbar (or a menu entry) that runs the command:

kfmclient openProfile filemanagement

where "filemanagement" is the name of the profile you can find in .kde4.2/share/apps/konqueror/profiles
