I am trying to print webpages to PDF in Konqueror, but some sites don't get printed right. In the PDF-file there are only a few elements of the page. An example is the search-page of this forum, but there are more.

If I print mails in KMail, the PDF-files are OK.

I have first determined this problem after installing KDE 4.2.2 in Kubuntu 8.10. Now I have a fresh installation of Kubuntu 9.04.

Has anybody else this problem?

This problem has been around for a while also in KDE3.5 but I haven't been able to work out what factors are responsible because it doesn't happen consistently - now I check and if necessary print to ps which always works.

I've tried to print to PS but on my system the result isn't better than that of printing to PDF.

I have this error every time even on a fresh installation. I have reported a bug at bugs.kde.org (191999) because I have not found an existing bug for this error. Is it necessary that somebody else confirms this bug?
