When I install USB stick, Event Notifier popups and tells me, that 2 actions available to be made on stick. When I click on the USB stick icon in event notifier, the new window apears, offering me to open in Dolphin, scan with Digikam or do nothing.

Question number 1: how to configure list of actions available on the device (I need USB stick and CD/DVD)?

Question number 2: can I choose the default action, that should be performed on the device on install, withoun needless clicking of my mouse?

There'll be a module for this in System Settings in KDE 4.3. :)

Is there some way to do this from command-line and configuration files? Where to find the description now?

It is not easy to write actions, since it requires "Predicates", which tell Solid which devices it is for. You can find the module at svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KD ... ctions-kcm

It is not possible to do this from the command line, although it is very easy to distribute the files that you generate using it. ( Each action is seperate )
