is there any way to disable the vertical auto-scrolling in the sidebar folders-view in Dolphin? It's driving me crazy...

What do you mean by "autoscrolling" - when you're dragging some item towards the edges?

No, when navigating through folders in dolphin, the folder view side panel would autoscroll vertically on older versions of KDE4, which was very annoying. This has been fixed, it does not do that anymore (I am on 15.94 now).
