default CSS file locations

Where are the default CSS files located for Konqueror and Kate?
I would like to look at them before I create a custom CSS file.

Kate does not have a CSS file.... Konqueror does but I do not know where it is located. Probably somewhere under $(kde4-config --prefix)/share/apps/konqueror

How do you add an image to CSS Header? I want to make an image the header at the top of my page using CSS. I dont want it to be clickable if it can be helped. I've looked through a couple websites on the internet, but I cant seem to find a CSS code for this.
