Hi All

I was using gnome till now and I just installed KDE so that I could have different wallpapers for different workspaces.

But I am not able to achieve that in KDE also even though that option seems to be present in Desktop settings.

Here's what I am doing :

1. Right Click on background -> Appearance Settings
2. Menu -> To Desktop -> Desktop 1
3. Changed the picture in the wallpaper section.
4. Ok.

Now I am trying to set different wallpapers for workspaces by assigning different Desktop no. in step 2. But this doesn't seem to work and its driving me crazy.

Am I missing something here?

That can be achieved by 'activities'. You'll need to create a different activity where you can not only have a different wallpaper but different desktop plasmoids as well.
