Nothing is pasted when I click on the mouse wheel.

It is starting to annoy me, I have to go to klipper and activate my xselection and then press ctrl-v everytime I want to paste my xselection.

I do hope that this is a configuration mistake that I have made. Please help.

Edit: I am using KDE 4.2.2

Nope, it doesn't work for a new user.
I just remembered an other difference. It works on 32bit but not on 64bit.

I just installed jaunty 32bit and xselection is not working there either. I think it is a kubuntu jaunty issue, since it works on intrepid with the same version.

Can anybody paste xselection in konqueror with jaunty and kde 4.2.2, by pressing the wheel?

It turns out to be a kubuntu specific problem... :o
