Hello everyone!

I have a huge problem with switching screen resolutions under KDE 4.2. The first time I noticed this was when I tried to play a game in fullscreen.

Whenever X successfully changes my screen resolution (from 1440x900 to 800x600) the desktop / WM itself in KDE 4.2 does not switch resolutions. Hence, everything just seems to be "zoomed in," which causes the screen to "scroll" to other parts of the desktop. This also happens when using CTRL+ALT-+/- .

It would be great if someone could help me figure out how to go about solving this issue.

p.s.: Resolutions/modes are present in Xorg.
