Hi my knotes is always opening on desktop 1. And I do not have remember desktop set. Please tell me if there are any ways to open on my current desktop. I have 4 desktops enabled.

There seems to be a bug with that option. It always remembers where the note was last used. It's not always desktop 1 though for me. If I moved the note to desktop 4 and close it from there, the next time I open it, it will open in desktop 4.

Ok. May be I opened it in desktop 1 and closed it there itself. Now I am in desktop 4 and still knotes is opening in desktop 1. But I do not have the option remember desktop enabled.

Yes. Like what I said, the option is bugged. That is, it always remembers the desktop, regardless oft the settings. See the latter comments in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101107
