Just installed kde4 on PCLinuxOS and it took some getting used to! Anyway, trying to do things with Dolphin I looked at toolbar options and clicked on one option and my menubar disappeared (File Edit View etc) and I want it back. I can't click on any option though to get it back as I made them disappear!

Any ideas how to restore my menubar?

Hit ctrl-m, and it should reappear.

A method that is easier to discover is to right click in the main view (where icons are shown) - it should give you the option "Show Menubar".

This may be a simple way to restore the menu bar, but it is not good that a user has to search how to do this on the internet.

It should by preference:
1. be intuitively restorable, perhaps with an icon that appears if the menu bar is hidden
and
2. be described in the documentation.

Ctrl-M opens and closes the menu bar in most applications
