Hi all, I have an annoying problem with KDE. I have set the refresh rate of my monitor to 75Hz from systemsettings, but if I restart KDE it goes back to 60Hz. If I open systemsettings and click on the "Display" icon, it changes back to the correct 75Hz, without me changing it manually.
I'm running KDE 4.3.1 on Archlinux and using the NVIDIA proprietary driver. Thanks in advance.

Try running KRandRTray as part of startup, which follows the same settings as Display does, and should apply the settings automatically.

Hey, that worked! Thanks a lot. But this should work without this trick, maybe I should file a bug report?

Yes, it should work automatically, although the application KRandRTray is just a quick system tray version of the KCM. You may wish to file a bug report.
