Alright another issue with KDE 4, this time with crossover office.
No matter what version of crossover office I install, or the type of installer I use crossover no longer fully functions with KDE 4.3
I cant use my windows apps in KDE 4.3, these apps are for work that needs me to work with office 2007.
Not open office, microsoft office.
My windows apps work fine in Gnome, but not in KDE 4.3
Heck it worked in KDE 4.2, but not in KDE 4.3
The only way i can use my windows apps is when I drag them to the desktop, or to a panel, or use lancelot (and I hate it by the way) but one should not have to do this extra work to get this working.
The issue seems to be kickoff, for some reason it wont allow me to launch my windows apps.
Not good

I was not sure where to put this here, but meh leave this here i guess.

This is likely because the Crossover Office application launcher have not been made executable which KDE now requires for the safety of your system. However when this happens, a warning message is supposed to be shown explaining this.

To fix the issue: Locate the desktop files ( probably under ~/.local ) and make them executable, then run "kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental". If this fixes the issue, please report the problem to CrossOver support so they can fix their installer to make the desktop launchers correctly.
