The following messages indicate the likely source of the problem. It appears that the Nepomuk Data Storage Service isn't running. Try disabling the enabling it in System Settings to restart it. If that fails, open Konsole and type in the following
Wait a few moments ( 30 seconds should be enough ) before running the second command. The try testing Dolphin again. If it fails, please paste the output of the "nepomukserver &" command when you executed it previously.

The problem with database access was due to my mistake. It seems that I was able to generate the database with root privileges somehow, so it became inaccessible for search processes with user privileges. I've rebuilt it.
I think now it is accessible, but the end result is not there yet. I.e. when I search, query result is empty both with dolphin and KRunner. Here is new dolphin's log (I've deleted "Cannot create thumbnail for directory" to make it more readable):

This appears to be the problem:
Please ensure all packages are up to date ( including refreshing the repository ) then file a bug report at bugs.kde.org.

any idea from a fix for this as unlike above i did not install with a config code and have that error about soprano plugin how do i stop the error coming or fix the issue?

Please post a screenshot of the issue you are seeing - it is unclear how your issue is related to the above i'm afraid.
