Hello,
every once in a while, i get a pop-up menu that looks like the 'klipper' menu.
it's top item is something about url and is about 12 or 18 items long with the bottom options being edit content,,, something...

Any ideas?

I've been trying to capture it with ksnapshot, but not yet.
I've tried every key combination i can think of, it always has to do with the mouse and having something selected (highlighted) and clicking with the mouse. I don't know what kind of link or selection it is that would be different and cause this 'pop-up' context menu.

Thank you in advance,
Landis.

Well, if you just want to get rid of that behavior - right-click on the klipper systray and uncheck "Enable clipboard actions".

I don't want to 'get rid of it'.
I wanted to know what was activation it.
It pops up so infrequently that it's hard to tell what and why it's popping.
If I don't know when to expect it, it's not usable because it's at that point unreliable. When, Where, Why?
whats it do? whats it for, when can i expect it to appear? what can i do with it? yadda, yadda.

That's it..

Thanks though. klipper> action> what does it do and when will it appear?

Спасибо,
